Yes, the mugs are both dishwasher and microwave-safe. We use a sublimation heat press process to transfer our designs onto the mugs, ensuring they stay on permanently.

Yes, the designs are printed on both sides of the mug. This makes the mugs suitable for both right and left-handed people.

They hold 11 oz/325 ml and are 3.7 inches/9.5 cm tall and 3.0 inches/8.0 cm wide.

The designs are created and pressed onto the mugs by us, here in the UK. We also source the AAA-graded blank mugs from our UK supplier.

We will make minor changes/customisations on request for regular orders. If you are ordering in bulk, we can help you create a new/heavily customised design, or we can use your design.
