Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the day your order arrives
  • If more than 30 days have passed since your order arrived, we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or exchange
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • There are no fees to pay for a refund or return
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, contact us and we will assist you through the process
  • If possible, provide your order number

Returning The Items to Us

  • After contacting us, we will provide you with a free shipping label for you to post the item to us
  • Please do not purchase your own shipping label, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to refund you the cost
  • We will contact you via email once we have received your items

Approval of Refund or Return

  • Once we have received the items and inspected them for their eligibility to be refunded, we will notify you via email if your refund was approved or rejected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days after approval
  • If not approved, we will inform you of the reason why we were unable to approve the refund
  • In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, such as:
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Processing Time

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days after requesting it

Refund Fees

  • There is no restocking fee
  • There is no shipping fee
  • There is no admin fee
  • There are no other hidden fees

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days of it being approved, first check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us so we can investigate

Replacement or Exchange Requests

  • We will replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • We will exchange items which arrived up to 30 days ago for items of equivalent value (or if the new items’ value is different, we will either request additional payment or issue a partial refund depending on the situation to make up the difference)
